Last week I looked at the first half of the first wave of the new Mattel Public Enemies figures, exclusive to Target.  This week I'm checking out the other two - Silver Banshee and Icicle - and now the wait begins for the second series so I can complete the Brimstone BAF.  These two aren't particularly exciting, and have a few quality issues, all for a pretty hefy price tag.

My sister managed to find a Silver Banshee for me in Houston - hoping it gets here soon. The only other figure I'll consider is Major Force. As much as I'd like a Brimstone, buying four figures I have no interest in is just too much.
