I bet you were expecting another Mattel review tonight – God knows, I have enough stuff here to catch up on, what with MOTUC, DCUC, Dark Knight, Ghostbusters…but no, it seems like everyone and their third cousin twice removed is reviewing them right now. So I thought I’d mix it up with something very different – the new ray gun from Weta!  They’ve been doing full sized ray guns from the mind of Greg Broadmore for a couple years now, but they were well out of the price range of most collectors. But the Righteous Bison is their first plastic gun, designed to give you that cool steam punk sci-fi look for far less green. I’m checking it out tonight, but if you’re a Mattel fan don’t worry – I’ll get to more of their stuff next week.
 
Jeff Parker is in the house tonight as well, looking at the Silly Things Iron Man from Hot Toys. You can find all the reviews at the usual:

That's a really nice piece of plastic.

Bit of a shit that if in NZ or Oz, you could order it from the States for cheaper than buying it locally.
