OK, here are the rules, the only characters eligible are ones who appeared on the show. We are going to split it into three categories, the first will be heroes/support/civilians, the second will be villains, and the final, will be characters created for the show, which will only be a top 5. We'll keep this open for a few months, and then tally it up, if we get a good response, we'll do another one after SDCC. Most important, make sure you list them in order of your preference, if Crimson Avenger is your most wanted JLU character, make sure you rank him at #1 as the place you rank him will determine where he finishes in the final top ten. I would also like Mattel to stick with characters only on BTAS, STAS, Batman Beyond (VILLAINS), JL, and JLU which are the shows I grew up watching. I have no interest in getting figures that never appeared on the above shows. Most if not all of the revealed characters at NYCC were a huge disappointment. The Superfirends three pack is horrible, only want Shazam from four pack, I have no idea who OMAC, Ultra-Man, and Superwoman are and the fact that are spending money for tooling on figures like this makes me think there will never finish the core characters.

Mattel has pretty much said/implied already that Mr. Terrific and Adult Supergirl will be made. They're also very aware that everyone wants Hal Jordan and Lobo. They recently said that they are continuing to work for approval on both of those. That's why I go for the more obscure choices for the most part. They know the big wants. Just my 2 cents. Also, I love that you listed pretty much all of the New Gods, Legion of SH, and Green Lanterns. Hopefully we can eat through these groups via Matty Collector or some more 6 packs.

With all due respect, I couldn't disagree with you more. I would love to see them plow through the entire DC Universe with this line (the comics and all the animated stuff). The more the better. (i.e., Firestorm, Blue Beetle, Phantom Stranger, just to name three big ones that never made it to JL/JLU). |

My feeling is, with such a limited number, if you want Legion, JSA, New Gods or GL characters, any one of those groups hijack the entire list, so for the most part I kept away from those. The ones I've chosen as #1 in each category, aren't my fave characters by any means, but I think they're due for the reason listed:

Hello! Another visitor from AFI. I noticed that somebody else mentioned a few figures that Mattel already has plans for or knows that they're extremely wanted by collectors. When I took Hal, Lobo and Mr. Terrific out of the equation, it was just too hard to choose replacements for them. I would love more Green Lanterns! And I'm a sucker for secret identities.
