I'm primarily a heavy rock/metal fan (and whatever Rammstein is) but a couple of 'oddities' in my collecton include:

Candy Dulfer (best known for doing the sax bit in Dave Stewart's "Lily was here")
Cherry Poppin' Daddies (lots of fun)
Eagles of Death Metal (not what the name implies)

I don't mind early INXS.

Saw them back in 1984 on a triple bill with the Eurogliders and someone else back at the old Hordern Pavilion. They used to put on a good show but i was never a big fan.

I loved concerts at the Hordern, saw some awesome concerts there over the years.Whitesnake,Iron Maiden,Alice Cooper and so many more.Could always get a good view of the Bands.

I'm quite a fan of the heavier side of music and a bit of a blues fan too but you know one of my oddest faves has got to be Seal.

Really like Powderfinger - I am really looking forward to getting their new album this weekend.

Yeah I'll be grabbing that one too.

I've got a pretty good Powderfinger anecdote up my sleeve which I'm saving for a rainy day.

Rammstein is just weird. If that can be a music style. Did you heard their cover fo Barbie Girl by Aqua? (Weird).

I have lots of bizarre music, some of the most bizarre might be:

The Dead Brothers (they are amazingly awesome, you should look them up).

Reverend Beat-man and the church of Herpes (one of the best bad singers I've heard).

Knights of the new crusade (pure garage rock and insanity, they are a "christian" rock band that goes on stage dressed as knights with buckets for helmets and sing about how evolution is a lie... I know...)

That's a church that makes sense. I mean, they are natures electric blanket after all.

I picked up the new album by "Them Crooked Vultures". It's a side project band with Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters), Josh Homme (Queens Of The Stone Age) and John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin).

Sounds more like QOTSA than anything but there's hints of LZ there too. Some pretty rockin' songs and tracks 4 & 5 totally go off!

Right on brutha! "Supercharger Heaven" is one of my all time favourite songs!

I wish he'd stop making average movies and go back to making kickass music.

I just couldn't get into him post-WZ. He was still him, but I think I moved on. Still love me some Astro Creep though.
