Hey. That seems quite a good solution for flying characters. Only flaw I find is those air bubbles inside the poles. Looks like water dropping from...ya know . Maybe it doesn´t look that bad "in person"? And yes, ankle articulation is essential for realism here. Grrrrrretings!

Hey, nice avatar!
Yes I did notice the bubbles when I first opened the pack, part of the design process I guess. However once you have a figure on the stand you can't see / don't notice them. The biggest issue is the circumference of the bases.

Have to agree, when i opened mine up and saw the bubbles i was a bit disappointed. But once you put a fig on you really don't notice it at all. And of course the other bonus is with the Marvel Flight Stands you needed to drill a hole in your fig. That's well and truly eliminated with these.

I just got my second order of these and I'm loving them in the display. Hawkman looks particularly fantastic on this, as well as my Orchid custom. The other flying characters look good too, and in a few cases I've got more than one attached. I've also found that for dispaly purposes you can just pose another figure on the base, no prob. Glad you got 'em!

I've had these sitting in my watch list on eBay for about a month now. I just have issues with the price. I've been thinking of hot-footing it down to Bunnings to see what I can fashion out of whatever I can find there, e.g. clear plastic shower curtain rings and clear plastic venetian blind turning rods. Regarding multi-level displays, Andy, something you might be interested in that I picked up at Howards Storage World on Monday: http://shopping.hsw.com.au/product_info.php?products_id=47

Just a suggestion for you Dozy, see if there's any Perspex suppliers in your area. They have all sort of different diameters of clear perspex tubing and all sorts of odd shapes to play with too.Even broader hollow tubes as well.Could be some great potential display options there.Unfortunately i don't have one near me here but next time i'm in a major City i'll be doing some sourcing.

Let me know if you deal with them and what the prices are. I'd prefer something either clear or all white. Thanks Andy
