http://www.thisisbrandx.com/2010/05/rip-frank-frazetta.htmlFunny that we were just talking about him. What a huge loss to the artistic community. I hope his kids get their acts together so that his legacy can be properly looked after.

I bet many people wouldn't recognise his name, but I bet they'd recognise his art. A huge loss.

When I was a wee nipper I remember going to visit family up north and after soon becoming bored my mother and I went into a small town nearby and I was browsing books in a store near the ocean when I came upon a book with a fantastic cover. I chose to judge that book by the cover and I'm glad I did as it introduced me to the fantastic world of Bob Howard's Conan.

Nice one FMS,from the Frost Giants Daughter that one.Actually just re-read that story just a couple of weeks ago, took the R E Howard Chronicles on Holiday with me for some light reading.
Frazetta has always been of my absolute all-time favourite artists.Have a few of his Art Books as well as many Novels with his Art gracing them.Loved everything he produced,a distinct style that could never be reproduced. One of his greatest legacies as i'm sure FMS would agree]that when people think of Conan, they think of Frazetta's translation. A huge loss but i know i'll never forget him.
