That's a better trailer than the one I posted a little while back. I'm very keen to see it.

Me too, until recently I had never seen it in English. When I lived in HK, it was in Japanese and Cantonese then when I was in Canada, it was only on the French channel.

Ha! I just saw this elsewhere and was posting about it: http://www.actionfigureblues.com/2010/07/new-gatchaman-film-lives.htmlGreat news! I l loved the "G-Force" version I saw as a kid, and now have the "Battle of the Planets" and "Gatchaman" versions on DVD. Bring it on!

That looks fun. I hope there is a new line of figures that comes with this.

Indeed. Big hopes in that respect for this. I've wanted toys of these guys since I was a kid.

I kind of wanted that recent 6" stuff, but it's not quite right. There were two 12" versions that Medicom did as well, the first of which looks really nice, but is a bit pricey nowadays.

The 12" figs are stunning. From memory, they were pricey to begin with and just skyrocketed on the aftermarket

There was a second inferior release, which I'm sure many have been stung by. They look "OK", but aren't quite as quality as the first release, from what I could tell.
