I used Wonder Woman for base and took the headpiece from the Polaris Minimates.  The cape is from a DCD Lois Lane figure.

The John Byrne version from the boxset.

Ahh. I thought it might have been the Showcase base, but knew it wasn't quite right.

Whoa! Groovy Polaris!

As for that Firebrand, we may have to put him on the list - he's amazing.

Great Polaris there Lars,i find that animated Customs can be more challenging than comic-style in some ways just because everything has to be"just so"for it to be a succesful translation. With comic-style there's just that bit of room for flexibility and your own take.

Damn, she took a long time to finish.  That hair is a bitch to sculpt as were the breast cups.  Ugh. Not again.  I wish Hasbro would make the lovely Valkyrie they had sculpted but didn't release through the Hulk line.

She was a little easier.  I used a Marvel Legends boxset Elektra base for both.

Lars, that vintage Valkyrie is AMAZING. Are you SURE you could never be persuaded to do another one?  Grin

I can see how painful that classic Valkyrie would have been to sculpt, that Hair would have been tough. But big props to you mate cause she turned out beautiful!
Loving the modern Valkyrie too, nice, smooth use of metallics which can be challenging.Love that Head too, who's is that?
Great work yet again Lars.

Hasbro really needs to get off its butt and give us the key characters like this. A Defenders box set with Valkryie, Nighthawk, Hellcat and anyone else would be awesome sauce.

I swear, Hasbro had a sweet Valkyrie ready to go into the Hulk line but it never came to pass.  Hopefully they can put her into Marvel Legends.

I used a DC Direct Armory Nightwing for the base figure.
