WOW!
I'm so shocked she was let into your suburb, let alone your front door!
PeeGee is sweetness compared to this bit o' cheesecake.
But very good in the spirit of the 40's ...

This really is a great series! Glad I'm getting them. Oh, if anyone has the Hughes Catwoman bust for sale then let me know.

Yeah, I missed most of the Hughes series and am really having to resist the OCD in me of going back and getting them all. I definitely want the Hawkgirl though....

Hey Andy, before you contemplate getting all the Hughes busts - look on eBay at the prices that many of them go for!!!!! I think that might cure your ocd tendencies pretty darn quick! I have the whole Hughes line and they are very beautiful pieces of art.... But many of them go for a hundred and more US ..... yikes!

My loves of the Golden Age and fantastic cleavage means that Phantom Lady always has a special place in my heart.
I just can't buy it.
In my mind, there will come a time in the far future when the other Dr. Terrific and I are in the same time zone, no one is sick, with a Terrific sitter, perhaps after a late-night dinner in the city, and neither of us is on-call or there isn't a crisis somewhere and we would commence the gettin' it on...
... and then she would see Phantom Lady.

My LCS in sunny Brisvegas didn't get the PL bust ... They are going to get it boated over in a couple months or some such shit.
While in winter wetland Sydney I was at Kings Comics and saw her in person and snapped her up at $85. Which is average for them back home (after discount). Apparently I got the last one they had. Sold out which the sales chick said was a surprise as the other busts took months to move.
But the odd pricing they had was the Batman and GL busts for $115. That's considerably high!
Anyway, Sydney turned out to be a great trip, I got to do my own thing like look in comic shops and NOT be nagged to "hurry uuuuup". Got those few Wolvie Origins issues to complete the run and Pgantom Lady bust... Was very, very tempted to get the WW Women of the DCU statue... Soooo tempted.
