I really liked it. It actually improved on the original story which I thought was a bit of a mess. It cut alot of stuff (use of Superman/Batman families) but I guess that's one of things that made it complicated.

I liked it, but it was really missing the inner dialouge of Clark and Bruce.  The fight scenes were done really well, and took up the majority of the flick.  Outside of John Stewart not being in it (he wasn't in the book too much, though), the only other thing that bothered me was Black Lightning flying.  WTF?!?

I saw it yesterday, and I liked it. Some things seemed a little too rush, like the story needed at least 20 more minutes in order to develop properly. The designs are weird, but they worked, although they make the heroes look a little generic, Batman looked better than Superman. Anyway, those two are left with not a lot of dialogue, and Kevin Conroy and Tim Daly don't get a real chance to shine. Overall, was good, but not the best. I enjoyed it and I really have to watch it again.

I was reading reviews on line and it was funny how some say that the best DC animated feature is New Frontier, or GL First Flight or even Wonder Woman. That must mean that the guys at DC really are doing things right.

Possible spoiler: Other thing that bothered me is that the Mattel line has some characters that are really uninmportant, Silver Banshee and Icicle only have one scene and Brimstone only appears for like a second. I mean, Why them and not Power Girl, or Captain Atom... Then I realized that they only made characters that didn't get any attention in DCD's Superman Batman line. When that hit me, I also realized that the lack of a Major Force in the DCD line really sucked.

Those are the DC animated flicks I'd put at the top, too.

I liked "Mask of the Phantasm". It was certainly a step up from what was being offered in live action Batman films at the same time.

New Frontier has been the best from my perspective so far. Wonder Woman and First Flight were both very good but each a little unsatisfying - WW because it was all origin story and none of her actual superhero career, and First Flight because it tried to cram the Hal Jordan origin story and the Sinestro War all into one. I would have liked a bit less origin and more action for WW and the reverse for GL.

Picky bastard, I am.

That's a great one!  Kinda overlooked since it's not really a part of this new DCAU.  It might still be the best Batman movie ever, despite how much I loved The Dark Knight.

Not to mention is the only one that premiered in movie theatres. But if you count Mask of the Phantasm you also have to add Subzero, Mistery of the Batwoman and The Batman vs. Dracula to the equation.

Long story short, the Warner Brothers / DC partnership gave us, not only some of the best superhero animated series but also some of the best superhero movies.

Marvel animated movies just don't cut it, Invincible Iron Man was boring as hell (I actually fell asleep in the final battle), Avengers, heroes of tomorrow is like a Teen Titans rip off, Ultimate Avengers was just OK, and the second part was boring. And as for the series, I'm going to get behind the 90s X-Men and Spider-man, and Wolverine and the X-Men... And nothing else comes to mind.

Haven't got around to getting that one yet. I take it you'd recommend it?

Very much so.  I like the action on the VS Thor a bit more, but there's some good Deadpool humor on the VS Wolverine portion.

If you think the Iron Man animated film was a stinker then don't even get me started on the Dr Strange animated film.

I thought Hulk Vs was lots of fun.

Only saw the Hulk vs. Thor bit. Fun, lots of ass kicking but no story at all, not that I'm complaining.

Dr. Strange was also a stinker, but I liked it better tha Iron Man. Must be, becasue I like Iron Man and I don't care for Dr. Strange, then, a bad movie about Iron Man scores lower than the other one.

They both took so long to get going. It's like every time a movie is made we need the whole origin and it takes up so much time. It's like the opening to "The Shadow"...well, gee that took all the mystery out of the character for the rest of the film.

Any supporting cast in Hulk vs. Thor?
