The shape of the jaw reminds me of Bugs Bunny.  The pony tail on the back made me think of whoever that female bunny Bus hung out with was, but I've never seen her dress like a super hero.

That show was so rad 
A planet of enlightened, hockey-playing, anthromorphic ducks, so goofy. And wow! 28 bucks for one of em?! shoulda picked some up in the dollar bin then.
